The City of Campbell began using Regional Income Tax Agency (R.I.T.A.) effective January 1, 2005. Notices and forms were sent to individuals and businesses that had previously filed Campbell City Income Tax Returns in November 2004.

All correspondence and information should now go through R.I.T.A., telephone 1-800-860-7482.

No payments or forms should be sent to The City Of Campbell.

R.I.T.A. forms must now be used. The old Campbell City Income Tax forms and generic Municipal Income Tax Forms are no longer acceptable.

You may obtain forms by downloading them from the R.I.T.A. web site at www.ritaohio.com. You will also find frequently asked questions for individuals and businesses. A list of filing and payment addresses for individuals and businesses is available as well.

You may be able to complete your (client's) return on-line. To file on-line, go to www.ritaohio.com to register and begin following the step-by-step eFile process. simply enter your W-2's and R.I.T.A,. eFile will calculate your refund of taxes within minutes.
