ORDINANCE NO. 02-9354
ESTABLISHING THE RATES FOR RESERVATION FEES FOR PAVILIONS IN THE CITY PARK AND REPEALING ANY AND ALL ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS THEREOF, HERETOFORE ADOPTED AND INCONSISTENT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, STATE OF OHIO:
SECTION 1. That the rates for reservation fees for pavilions are hereby
established as follows:

Rental hours are hereby set from 9a.m. until 8p.m.
SECTION 2. That pavilion rates will be waived (free) for Campbell churches and organizations during weekdays only, except when a holiday falls on a weekday, the above rates will apply.
SECTION 3. That the indoor pavilion fee will be as follows:

The above indoor pavilion fees include a $50.00 returnable deposit. This deposit will be returned only if the pavilion is clean and undamaged, to be determined by the Park Foreman. Hours for use of the indoor pavilion shall be established as between 10a.m. and 9p.m each rental day.
SECTION 4. That any and all ordinances, resolutions or parts thereof, heretofore adopted and inconsistent herewith dealing with the subject of pavilion reservation fees are hereby repealed, including Ordinance No. 89-8310.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
